Safe-Place and Neighbour Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the customer independently authorizes delivery to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A safe place<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A neighbour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A reception desk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Another designated recipient<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">the customer should ensure that the selected location or recipient is suitable and secure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where the carrier provides reliable evidence that delivery was completed according to the customer\u2019s instruction, that evidence may be considered during any non-receipt investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. It does not remove or shorten mandatory statutory rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer should retain all products, labels and packaging while the investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20.
